I have discussed starting a nonprofit for years, but always found a reason not to pursue it. A few weeks ago, a politically fueled TikTok conversation became the basis for my desire to no longer be a tire kicker. As someone who is critical of our government and their failings, I have since realized that I have the ability to make a difference, beyond making TikToks.

It is my intention to pledge a donation of $100 for every transaction I close this year, while encouraging other agents and organizations to make a similar commitment. In addition, we will be hosting other fundraisers where this nonprofit is the beneficiary and opening an online clothing brand where 100% of profits are donated. Currently, we are in the paperwork phase. Once our 501c3 status is established, we will be opening the eCommerce store & announcing our formation.
